5 Litre Tin Dr. Derma Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from the first harvest of selected olive groves in Spain. The olives are cold pressed by mechanical means only, without heat or chemicals, so the oil keeps its fresh fruity aroma, natural antioxidants and vitamin E.
Every batch is purity tested and halal certified, and the oil carries organic certification on the label. Use it raw on salads, bread and bhorta, or for light cooking and baking.
The tin keeps out light and air completely, which helps the oil stay fresh for longer.
